You would preferably have experience in Sales in the health and fitness industry, however a background in corporate sales environment would also be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Be creative and resourceful
· Business management

You will be working closely with both the Business Development Manager and your Head Office support team to achieve projected budgets and predetermined KPI’s.

A Beach House Club Manger will have:

• Previous staff management experience

• A strong understanding of driving profit centres

Previous experience in the health and fitness industry will be highly regarded, however a proven record in a corporate sales or service industry would also be favourable.
