At Beach House Health and Fitness, whether you are looking for a New You or making Beach House part of your Way of Life we offer every one of our members personalised fitness evaluations and develop personalised exercise programs all as part of our membership packages.

Our fully qualified and highly skilled trainers will assess your current health and fitness levels, and help you to set out achieveable goals.  They will work with your goals to develop an exercise plan that suits you.  Our instructors will take you through your program and ensure you are comfortable with every exercise they prescribe, and most of all, make sure you are being challenged so that you acheive RESULTS.

One-on-one personalised assessments and programs are avaliable to all members on every membership plan.  And here's the best part...not only will we set you up with a program when you first begin your training with Beach House, we will provide you with regular re-evaluations and program updates throughout your entire time as a member with us!
