Ladies Only Studio

Most of our Beach House clubs feature exclusive Ladies Only training studios.  This allows ladies to workout in a comfortable and totally private environment.  Our Ladies Only studios feature full cardio theatre, machine strength equipment, free weights and stretch zone.  The perfect place for the ladies to relax, wind down and get the results they are after in a totally male-free zone!
