Beach House is Toowoomba's newest Health club and is 100% owned and operated by long time Toowoomba residents Daryl and Dr David Archibald.

We cater for all levels of fitness and our focus is on offering the highest level of customer service through motivating and assisting our members to achieve their health and fitness goals. Join us to have fun, work hard and get back in control of your fitness and health . 

Our opening hours are the longest of any full service club in Town to suit differing busy schedules.

Opening Hours:   Monday - Friday : 5:30am - 9:00pm   Saturday: 5:30am - 4:00pm    Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

The club features two fitness theatres, one in the large exclusive Ladies Only area and another with 5 projection screens in the mixed training area . Enjoy watching Night Life Video channels, pay TV or simply  bring your ipod/MP3 player and  listen to  your favourite songs  whilst  getting a great workout on the cardio equipment.  TV channels are broadcast on FM frequency throughout the club.

The club also has;

*Over 200 pieces of the latest machine weights and cardio equipment, including 27 treadmills ( 7 in the ladies only area) and 15 elliptical cross trainers (4 in the ladies only area) you will not have to wait to use a treadmill.

- Toowoomba's greatest range and number of group fitness classes with 52 Group Fitness classes per week  including Yoga and Pilates.  Come and try the fluorescent 'Tour de France' cycle studio or for a change of pace try out the quieter yoga/pilates room.

- Child minding facilities are available to put parent’s minds at rest while they enjoy a well deserved workout and a comfortable lounge area to catch up with friends and make new friends.

Creche Opening Hours - Monday - Saturday   Session 1:  9am - 10:30am   ,  Session 2:  10:35am - 12:00pm

                                              Thursday  Evening:  Session 1:  4:00pm - 5:15pm       Session 2:  5:20pm - 6:45pm    

The Club offers flexible membership packages to cater for different time constraints and budgets.
