Working out at the gym however can be a daunting experience for some women - which is why Beach House Roxburgh Park have an exclusive Ladies Only Area. Comfort combined with confidence is the key to a successful workout, so please make the most of our specialized facilities today.

We are also are building an extensive group fitness program, including Les Mills, freestyle classes, boxing circuit, and cycle. Please keep a look at for more of your favorite classes.
