We offer a variety of group fitness classes to suit everyone's needs. Not to mention our regular Boot Camp endeavours, which our excellent trainers work above and beyond the call of duty to get to get you to your peak health and fitness. For those with children we have one of the best creches in Melbourne, even if we so say so ourselves. The fun and frivolity coupled with oodles of toys will mean your child will never want to leave.

Our state of the art cardio and weights equipment areas will ensure your work out is enjoyable and effective. With the help of our highly qaulified, enthusiastic personal trainers , you will each your potential with a fun, productive and safe workout.

For those who prefer a little privacy our spacious ladies only area is the ideal solution.

Our club includes both cardio and weights, group fitness studio's, private assessment rooms for your evalutions, not to mention a wellness room to sit back and relax in.
