Rockhampton’s newest health and fitness centre is conveniently located on Little Musgrave Street  (Opposite Super Cheap Auto) .

RECENTLY VOTED BEST IN BUSINESS 2008 HEALTH & FITNESS BY ROCKHAMPTON COMMUNITY.  

The club features a range of options to cater for all ages, levels of fitness and time constraints.

We have both a mixed area, as well as a ladies-only workout area with an extensive range of cardio and resistance equipment.

Our child care facility enables you to enjoy a workout whilst having qualified staff look after your children in a clean and fun environment. Our creche runs hourly sessions from 9:30-11:30 am and 4:30-6:30pm Monday to Friday.

We also offer a variety of classes which include Les Mills RPM, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, BodyStep, BodyAttack and our Freestyle classes include Thump Boxing and Fat Burner.
Pilates reformer beds are also available for a one on one workout.

Our friendly staff will ensure you are well on your way to achieving your fitness goals with ongoing fitness evaluations, program reviews and personalised support.
Personal training options are also available.
