The Beach House Fitness Centre in Noosa is a state of the art facility that has been open since March 2006.  We opened with fantastic brand new five star equipment (second to none in the Noosa Shire!)and of course a friendly results orientated team to help you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small they may be!

Our centre offers a enormous variety. There is ladies only facilities as well as our fantastic mixed area, both containing an entertainment studio for those that enjoy music and television to keep them motivated. We also offer a seperate group fitness and studio cycle room. For all those parents out there we offer childminding facilities which have heaps of toys plus the bonus of a television and DVD system to help keep those children entertained while you are working out.

Our Group fitness classes offer great variety, incorporating Les Mills classes, which are fantastic to help with motivation and technique.These classes are an exceptional experience for both your beginner and advanced trainers. Don't forget group fitness classes are a great social experience as well.

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE!!!!!! due to overwhelming local support from many happy members we have had to extend!!! We have recently completed a major extension which now makes us even bigger and better than ever!!! YES that means a more spacious club with, more equipment , more classes, Infared Saunas on the way and of course more friendly staff to keep you motivated!!!
