Beach House Fitness Center Northland is located in the heart of Northland Shopping Center and is one of the most stylish gyms in the Preston area. With our dual layer building structure, separating our ladies only area, energetic colours and ultra blue lighting, by the time you finish your workout you’ll forget you were even at the gym.

For those mothers out there we at Beach House Fitness Center Northland have our very own crèche facilitates which will put your mind at ease knowing that your children are nearby being looked after by one of our fully qualified childcare workers. Our crèche is equipped with both a play area and sleeping area for when your little ones need a lie down while your out in the gym working off those calories.

We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes including Body Pump, Boxing circuit, Yoga, Pilates and our extremely popular Cycle class to keep everyone motivated.

Monday - Thursday: 6.00AM - 9.00PM
Friday: 6.00AM - 8.30PM
Saturday: 8.00AM - 5.00PM
Sunday: 9.00AM - 4.00PM
