We have just added 2 more early morning classes for all of you that need to be at work early or who just like being up before the sun!
Body Pump: Wed 6.15am - 7am
Cycling: Thu 6.15am - 7am

BOXING ROOM NOW OPEN!!

The long awaited boxing room is now officially opened, open for general use and we have 3 classes running!!

Boxing classes are as follows:

Monday: 6:15am
Tuesday: 5:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am

We have just had saunas installed in the ladies and men's changed rooms respectively.

You asked we delivered, as of the high number of demands for water we now have 2 cooling water filters one in the main gym floor and one in the ladies only section, so bring your bottle and fill em up!!
